Paul Clements was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma. He graduated Blackwell High School in 1948. He joined the United States Navy in 1948 and was honorably discharged in 1950. He attended Tonkawa Junior College from 1950 to 1952, graduating with an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering – with honors. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oklahoma in 1958 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology. In 1961 he graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Geology.

In 1995 I commenced writing my first novel, Homemade Murder which was published, unedited, in 2008. Now out of print. 

Presently, I have completed the manuscripts on five fiction novels and one nonfiction autobiography.
